As part of the research effort, the Partnership is reaching out to data source organizations to assist in the development of an environmental landscape. Each data organization / source has the opportunity to complete a data screening questionnaire and data source characteristic profile which will be used to inform the Partnership; this input is critical to OMOP’s objectives. Initially, we are gathering data on the screening questionnaire. If you are responsible for an observational healthcare database, we would like to invite you to complete the initial screening questionnaire.

The data screening questionnaire took 5 – 10 minutes to complete (10 basic questions). Organizations who have completed the data screen, were invited to take the data characteristic profile to further help us profile potential data sources and collaborators for the OMOP research effort. The data source characteristics profile questionnaire is quite comprehensive with questions referring to population size, drug utilization measures, condition occurrence measures, and overall research considerations.
