RFI FOR RESEARCH COLLABORATORS TO PARTICIPATE IN OMOP RESEARCH

Purpose
The OMOP is interested in gauging researchers’ interests in collaborating on research supporting OMOP’s 2013-2016 Strategic Objectives and Tasks.

Purpose
The OMOP is seeking input and feedback on the interest of healthcare data holders to conduct methodological research on the appropriate use of observational data for studying the effects of medical products. Data partners can collaborate with OMOP by contributing de-identified patient-level data into a centralized research environment or by participating in a distributed network, whereby data are retained at the source and standardized analytics are executed with aggregate summary statistics shared with the OMOP central coordinating center.
