IC Temporal Pattern Discovery Improvements

The IC Temporal Pattern Discovery method (IC-TPD) was implemented during the initial OMOP initiative. Looking at the performance of the IC-TPD, this current research will improve upon the algorithm. The research investigator will conduct an in-depth investigation of the temporal patterns for false positive and negative findings, with the aim of understanding potential limitations of the current methodology and proposing further improvements.
