OMOP Specifications for Implementation of Standard Vocabularies in Observational Data Analysis is now available on the OMOP website. It documents how OMOP implemented various vocabularies for observational data analysis as part of the OMOP Common Data Model within the Research Lab (containing Thomson Reuters MarketScan® databases and GE Centricity®) and across the OMOP Distributed Research Partners.
