Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership

As part of the research effort, the Partnership is reaching out to data source organizations to assist in the development of an environmental landscape. Each data organization / source has the opportunity to complete a data screening questionnaire and data source characteristic profile which will be used to inform the Partnership; this input is critical to OMOP’s objectives. Initially, we are gathering data on the screening questionnaire. If you are responsible for an observational healthcare database, we would like to invite you to complete the screening questionnaire.

The data screening questionnaire takes 5 – 10 minutes to complete (10 basic questions (link to pdf version of the questionnaire). OMOP will de-identify and summarize the submissions and post the analysis on the OMOP website and an electronic copy of the analysis will be sent back to all participants.
